I purchased a cot and compactum to the value of nearly R8000. Payment was to be made in full prior to delivery. Once receiving the goods it was found that the compaction was defective. The defect was reported the very next day but five weeks later the issue has still not been resolved. After visiting the store numerous times along with over a dozen calls they have still not resolved the issue. In short they don't care once they have received payment! This extremely poor and I would advise anyone looking for a cot and compactum to go spend their money elsewhere!
