PATHETIC CUSTOMER. SERVICE-SHOCKING

I purchased a blazer from truworths over the weekend, out of the rosati section, when I decided to wear the blazer for work on Monday, I noticed the thread of cotton already started coming out, which we don't really take notice of when purchasing from a known retail store, when I had taken the jacket in, I received pathetic customer service and was told sorry this jacket has been used and cannot be returned, I was made out to be as if I had worn the jacket and then coming in for a refund (which was humiliating as it was done at the main cash desk in front of customers) I advised the manager that I've noticed the jacket had been worn and that's the reason I brought it into the store, he still argued with me with a cynical smile. I am not prepared to buy a jacket for R600 that's so called a 2nd hand jacket.they did not bother to assist me. I need assistance as I am not prepared to wear a jacket that was worn by someone else.
