This is to date the 3rd time I've made a airtime purchase using the OTA system via my cellphone from my jet account you are supposed to get an sms with the voucher number to the amount that you bought. twice beofre I had mad e a purchase but received no voucher I left it as I didnt want the hassle of calling a call centre but on Tuesday I made a purchase as I had to urgently make a call I waited for over an hour then called the call centre they just said it was the network (although the network was wroking fine) and that they would re-send another hour passed and still no voucher I called again wnd was informed that they will re-send again no voucher was sent it is now two days later and I've still not received any voucher although my account reflects that I have made that purchase and the amount is now due by myself so jet has billed my for something I never received for the 3rd time now. That is!!! I dread to think how many others it happens to daily? I settle my account about a month ago because of bad service and yet again here I am YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!! YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS AT ALL JUST ABOUT MONEY STOP YOUR CLIENTS!!!
