PAID FOR NO SERVICE RENDERED STILL WAITING

On the 11 th May 2013 I had purchased 3 airtime vouchers using my Edgars Account however I have not recieved any sms as yet with regards to the airtime voucher pin to complete my transaction, of certainly that would be the only way to make use of the airtime I have purchase.
It is rather pathetic as there is absolutely no excuse for paying for a service only to receive no service rendered at all. After having made ctc with Edgars customer call centre they have transfered my call to the following number : 086 1788211. I called them on 12 May 2013 at 10:51am to be advised that they will solve the situation and forward me the vouchers i have purchased. I tried purchasing and additional voucher on the 12th May 2013 and again, no voucher pin had been sent to me.
It seems there has been no blockage with the cellphone network service provider I have been using as all other mail, and calls i have received timeously except for the txt expected from Edgars.
I am hoping that this matter will be resolved soonest, let's see how long it takes?
