PURCHASE DEBITED FROM MY CARD BUT NO VOUCHER AVAIL

I made a purchase for a meal voucher on the 16th of December. Everything went through as normal on my credit card, got my notification, everything hunky dory. Problem is I never received the voucher. I have now been in contact with the call centre twice as I am not getting satisfactory assistance. both times holding for more than 20 minutes!! they can't find the purchase against any of my emails and even though I have sent proof of payment to Lushane they still cannot assist. now I have to go through the mission of getting the transaction reversed! I am SO angry and irritated. what was supposed to be a great fun evening out with friends has turned into a nightmare before we've even gotten to go!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME!
