10 items or less more like what ever you have

This evening I go to pick up 5 items at the pick n pay in somerset mall. I go to the express check out which clearly states 10 items or less. At till number three there is a woman with a total of 29 items. Where is the management to make sure that things like this do not happen. They talking to your friends at the customer care.
