Homechoice's service, terrible beyond imagination

Last year in February is posted a complaint on Hello Peter for bad service by homechoise after 6 months went by without repairing my microwave. After a few months of not getting any joy even after posting the complaint, they finally requested that I send the microwave to Cape Town at my own cost and they would refund me. So i sent the microwave, there was never any correspondence to say whether they had recieved the item or not nor to say when they would make the rufund.
After months they returned the microwave and it was looking new, not sure if it was really. But after testing the microwave it did not beging to work not even a seceond and it had the same problem it had when we looged the fault with them. Are they fliping taking me for an?! This is totally unacceptable. No refund of the courier costs and a useless microwave. When i called this morning, the person i spoke to did not even wait to hear what i had called about before they put their phone on my ear. They are useless and good for them they are far be i am so frustrated.
