Home shopping let down again

I had an issue and reported it last month now here we go again. after speaking to numerous people last month I was assured that they would upgrade my status and call me about possible replacements for out of stock items. this did not happen and surprise surprise items were exchanged for totally different items so thanks pick n pay for making me order and then have to go shop again.
