Efuses to serve you with coupon

I bought a packet of always pads and some other items. I gave the coupon for the always pads but was refused service because the pads was not the whole total of the coupon and because it was only one packet! On the coupon it states one or more of the items!! Who the is this woman to say I'm not allowed to use it for the pads?? The pads on their shelf is R16.99! Why is your staff ordering us how many items we must be taking when the coupon clearly states ONE or MORE!! So I decided you people can keep your stuff, I'd rather go shop @ pick n pay!
