I purchase a bed from dial a bed. A month later the stitches started coming out and the springs started squeaking. I paid around R6000 for the bed and on my salary the is a very expensive bed. I complained about the bed after a month someone came out to inspect the bed and said needs to be replaced. Few days later someone called me and said my bed will be replaced within a month I said ok that's fine after a month I got another call asking if the problem was resolved and said no not yet and the lady said ok no problem we will follow up and call back. 3 weeks later I got another call asking if my problem has been resolved and said no not yet and I asked why is it that I'm always getting calls to ask if my problem is resolved but no one actually resolving the problem. She replied ok will look into it and call me back.

It's now over 3months and still waiting. I went to the branch and complained again. Right now I just want my money back and rather spend my hard earned money in a company that actually appreciates the businesses I'm giving them.
Feels like once u have the money not worried about the service thereafter. That's why I want my cash back including the delivery money
