After 3 new references Telkom again tells us that the problem has been resolved, even though the problem still persists. Now they want us, the client, to call a site meeting because they can't sort out the problem.
We are a call centre and loosing money every hour because of the problem with Telkom.
What does a client stand to do to have a problem resolved?
