On the 30th of March 2013 I contacted ADT Cancellations department to cancel our month to month contract as we had moved out of our home. I was sent a ticket number by e-mail confirming my request, and was told that it had been loaded. At the end of April ADT debited my account, and when I queried this they said that it would be resolved, and promised to phone me back. Well this NEVER happened, and at the beginning of May and the beginning of June, money was again taken from my account and when I phoned their call centre I was told that it would be resolved, and they again committed to get to the bottom of the problem and call me back the next day. Well the fact that I am now on HelloPeter tells you what happened, or did not happen as the case may be. Nobody is willing to assist, or take responsibility in resolving the query and reporting back. EVERY phone call to their call centre yields the same results - absolutely NOTHING. Happy to keep taking my money every month though for a service I have not had since March.

ADT took Direct Debit after contract was cancelled
