Why can't you find my payments??

I always use to pay my acc instore. but, for 6 months of this year I paid my account via EFT. Then they hand me over to debt collectors saying I had not paid in the last 6 months. I provided all proofs of payment by forwarding Stamped Bank Statements to prove my eft payments. I also attached Beneficiary details as per bank.
3 Months since I provided this to the debt collecting co (who then referred me to Woolworths Accounts Dept) I am now dealing with the 2nd person at the accounts department of Woolworths Head office; whom are yet AGAIN requesting the same info. I am married within community of property. My wife had been assisting me with this matter. Today they emailed and said they will Not (as per Their Policy) deal with my wife any further.
Why?? Whether they get the 3rd lot of emailed Proofs from me or her it still is the same bank print outs of 2 months ago!!!
I STILL Paid them short of a grand which they are unable to find regardless of my bank statements proving I had paid them and, regardless of the Beneficiary details listed on my internet banking, for Woolworths which I provided to them. What incompetence. I am appalled at this lack of efficiency by Woolworths!
