Wriong order and no feedback

I visited Midrand Furniture City and I was welcomed by Lawrence who called me constantly for two weeks about buying furniture. eventually I opened an account and chose a fridge, coffee table and couches. the delivery of the coffee table with the fridge was a mess on their own. And previously when I almost bought a bed I ended up cancelling the order because of the delivery and lack of I started getting calls from the warehouse about delivery of the couch and on 26.09.2013 a black couch came to my door, which was surprising considering I was anticipating white couches in October. None the less I didn't accept receipt because it's not what I had requested. Instead I called the head office who couldn't even find my details-they know nothing of this sale. I called the branch manager who said he can make things right I will just need to come in and sign documents he will sort it out and I will get my couch mid September. no word ever since I don't know what happens now and I don't have time to be home impromptu or go to the store due to work commitments. As i am unavail during their delivery and office hours. calls from Lawrence were just driving me up the wall.
