Damaged good delivered TWICE

I am so disgusted by ur store and ur stinking attitude and pathetic service.. this is my second complaint without any positive assistance. i bought a lounge suit cash, it was used and damaged, they promised to replace it. They delivered for the secod time a TORN 2seater couch.. A one seater arm chair that was bought separetely has not been delivered yet. i am going to report you to the Consumer Protection and even take you to SABC speak out... i want my money back
