We bought a lounge suite on Monday 23rd of September 11:00 in the morning. Dorah was an excellent sales lady and did everything at her best. Because of the Pronto 2seater that was the last one in stock, she invoiced it separately from the one and 3seater. We did receive a sms at 12:08 on the same date an hour after we bought the whole set that the 2seater is invoiced and that we will be contacted shortly for delivery arrangements. Still on the same date at 17:05 we received a sms for the second invoice nr that we will be contacted shortly for arrangements. They phoned and said the 2seater will be delivered on the 27th! On the 27th they phoned at 08:00 saying that the 2seater will be delivered between 12:00 and 13:00, we did the necessary arrangements for someone to be at home, which they only delivered 13:45! Since 12:00 on the 27th i've phoned Le-Ann trying to find out why the rest of the suite is not scheduled for delivery, its a mission to get hold of her, she did say she will arrange for the second part to be delivered on the 28th in the morning. Again on 28th we phoned Le-Ann, se assured us its with the delivery guy to be delivered on 28th during the day. Nothing!!!
