3 hours in a que and a attitude well done!!!

Saturday i went to jet to buy some items and pay my account just to realize the que is very long! After 3 hours of standing pregnant and with major back problems kgomotso approached me to take my hangers for the clothing so i asked him why the service is this pathetic he repeated my question with a sarcastic tone and told me the system is slow and stormed off! i just want to say this is not the first time the system is "slow" and the staff are so rude!!! I DEMAND ACTION TO BE TAKEN because the system cant be slow for 2 years in a rtow obviously the system is if you have problems with it for 2 years!!! its actually very pathetic to think lazy misbehaved staff can blame a perfectly working system
