Worst Experience Eve

My wife and I ordered a compactum and cot set and we were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. We paid our deposit in full within a day of placing the order. After 8 weeks, we had no cot or compactum. I followed up on a regular basis to find out when the items would arrive, and I was always given an excuse. I asked to be called with updates, but they never bothered to phone me. The cot only arrived after 10 weeks, a month after my daughter's birth. I was forced to go out and buy a moses basket, because my child had no where to sleep. They gave me some story about the driver of the truck ending up in hospital a day before he was supposed to come up to JHB. Anyway, the cot was delivered with the compactum. When I asked what happened to the compactum, they told me that they forgot to order the compactum. It took another 6 weeks to receive the compactum. We were changing my daughter on a desk! When the compactum finally arrived, it wasn't the same spec we ordered. On top of that, assembly was a nightmare as the holes to fit the screws weren't large enough and required drilling. This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had, please avoid this company at all costs!
