We have been supplied with a total of 26 inks and toner in a space of 1 month by this company and all 26 were defective. We had requested a credit and replacement of 2 of the toners and the 2 replacement toners came in defective as well. CMYK Industries took over -60days to revert to us with a solution to the defective cartridges. In the mean time we disappointed two big customers of ours. All payments were held back due to defective stock being supplied. That being said, the stock was finally credited and it was up to us to reconcile the account. An email of good faith was sent to Patrick Naude apologizing for the delay in payment and confirming that the payment will be done asap. Patrick then sends me a threatening email that he would hand me over to credit bureau for being a bad payer. I find it extremely disappointing that after supplying 26 defective products and having taken -60days to resolve the issue Patrick has the audacity to threaten me when in actual fact my account has had a history of being up to date except for this issue.
