Insurance customers stay away!!!

I want to tell the worl that this Company are very quick to sell you a piece of mind insurance when you buy something from them on your account. I bought my grand daughter some gold earrings and was advised by the sales person to take out an insurance for 2 years, if it will get lost or just report it to the police and bring us the proof. The proof was taken back to them, now here is the catch it must be send to their head office and it will take a month. After more than a month the phone my daughter and informing her to go back to the police station and get an affidavit and to resubmit her claim.
