Total lack of Customer Service

Edgars Oudtshoorn opens at 8am, the Tills are not manned or opened by 9am. Then they all stroll in and refuse to look at you in the queue. They start trying to get logged on and two supervisors are called. Not one explains their is a problem or apologises. The changing rooms are dirty and have not been cleaned. I understand the store opened yesterday but these are essential things you should have sorted BEFORE opening your doors! I urgently needed a shirt and after waiting nearly 20 mins had to put the shirt down and leave the shop - i do not have all day to stand and wonder why no-one is working. When i asked the one woman told me the tills were open, but yet we stood 10 mins waiting for one to open. The number advertised on the internet for the store is actually the number for JET stores. Am shocked and disgusted at the attitudes of the staff in the store - i shall definitely not spend my money there!!
