I placed an order on Kalahari for a DSTV decoder on 1 August 2013, I received an e-mail confirming delivery on the 2nd August 2013. Nothing came on 2nd, not even a call to apologise for inconvenience. on 6th or 7th August 2013 i called again to enquire on delay of my delivery, i was told the parcel was with the couriers and would be sent with the 10am packages for delivery before the end of teh day on the 8th of August 2013. NOTHING CAME ON THE 8th of AUGUST. i called again on the 20th August and i was told someone would call me back after the issue was investigated, noone called me. I called again on the 22nd of August to cancel the order as I was going to just go buy the Decoder from a shop myself and save myself the frustration of the empty promises from Kalahari! the call centre agent very proffessionally said the order was cancelled and i would be refunded in 2 to 7 working days. TODAY 29th August i get a mail saying. Sorry for the delayed delivery of your product, we will arrange for re-delievry. CLEARLY MY CANCELLATION HAS BEEN IGNORED. its like the call centre is there for nothing. i'm FED up and dissapointed cos i've used them successfully before this horrible encounte
