Delivery not on time!

To whom this may concern.

I ordered two CompactFlash 16GB memory cards from [URL Removed] on the 1st of August 2013. I paid the full amount on the exact same date and I was given an estimated date of delivery, which is the 15th of August 2013. On the 15th of August at exactly 15h20 I received an email from Kalahari-support stating that their suppliers could not deliver the product. So, if the product is not available, or if it is out of stock, WHY ON EARTH would they tell me that ON THE ESTIMATED DAY OF DELIVERY??? I could have made another plan, or they could have given my money back, if they told me any sooner! Now, there are three problems:
1.) I was told (via their website) that my product will be delivered on the 15th of August 2013, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.
2.) I am a professional photographer and I am booked for a photo shoot on Friday the 23rd of August 2013, which means I'm not able to do so, because the latest news from them is that their NEW ESTIMATED time of delivery is the 4th of September?!?!?!
3.) [URL Removed] is a huge company, delivering orders everyday for probably hundreds of customers, so how is it possible that something like this is happening??
