Terrible Service

While doing some grocery shopping at this branch, (during peek hour) I could not get stock of the shelf as the packers were standing in my way, plus having a fat conversation to the packer behind him, I couldn't even get my trolley through the gap, you'd think the packers would offer to move but noooo such luck. When it came to paying I must have stood in the queue for 25 minutes, when I realized each customer was packing their own bags. The customer had actually completed their transaction whereupon the cashier just sat there and waited for the customer to complete the packing process.

That is the epitome of terrible, terrible service, so in future I refuse to shop at a Pick n Pay, when there are so many better suppliers out there.
