Refusing to exchange goods

On Friday 22 March, i received a gift from a friend as it was my birthday. it was a pair of pajamas from the peep collection. Unfortunatly the size that was purchased was a size to small. I went to the branch in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein asking and explaining to them that this was birthday present that i received and all i needed was a size bigger a 30 which was hanging right there in the store. I also explained to them that this was gift that i received that i do not have a receipt and that my friend has left the country and therefore i have no receipt. The items still have the orginal tags on. But still they cannot help. I am not happy.
