Shocking service

Good Afternoon,

I called the Call Centre this afternoon at 13h48pm and spoke to Dudu.
She was very unprofessional and did not listen to what i had to say nor did she assist me with my query.
I asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold for 5 mins.

This is not service at all shocked to say the least.
