I called at 11am for a towing but asked operator (Stephanie) to call me later as I wanted to find out if it wasn't the car remote that was faulty. She called at 11:20 and we confirmed that I needed a jump start as it seems it's the battery that was flat. Only at 11:56 did I get an sms with an ETA of 90 mins??? A call was made at 12:29 to me to say that SP was at the parking lot. Called and Spoke to a consultant at 12:49 to ask that she rather conferences me with the SP so that I could tell him where in the parking lot I was. She got with me when I got upset and kept me on hold for more then 5 mins. I hung up, Nqobile called to say that sp was only dispatched at 12:59 and not an hour ago&had just left Northriding and coming to Centurion. He in his words told me that the consultant who I spoke to Stephani when she said sp was in the parking lot.
My car was only jumpstarted@13:43pm. Is there no SP in PTA, it's absurd that I had to wait from someone from Northriding to assist
This is by far the worst service I've EVER received, my intelligence was insulted by consultants that lie&then change their story. This is very upsetting. Please tell me if this timeline is reasonable.
