I purchased Clinque items from the Edgars in Northgate. My products was not agreeing with my skin so I contacted Edgars to return the products. The first time I contacted Edgars I was on hold for 25 mins, and no one could assist me. I then contacted Edgars again for the second time on the 15-09-13 and was on hold for 30 mins. I then decided to go to the branch. I arrive at the branch and discover there is no Clique consultant. This is pathetic service from a HUGE RETAIL company like Edgars.
