Please can you find someone in your company who is either available and willing to assist.

at 10h45 I contacted your call centre w.r.t a query on my account. After waiting 5 mins for the lady she finally came back to me and I got cut off.

I then phone at 10h51 again and spoke to Samele. I explained to him they are deducting 2 different contracts off on my account as well as BIS. This is not a Blackberry phone or a black berry contract. At which point I was asked so what is the problem??? Did I not just explain it? During the whole conversation with him I could hear him putting me on mute / hold and even confronted him at which his reply was that it's the phones. I asked to speak to Bongeka again since I was getting now where.

He transferred me to Lynn?? At this point I'm up to here and ask to speak to the Team Leader .. sorry .. they are not available. Manager? Also not available. Then asked for 2IC and told they are not allowed to take calls? Asked for Senior manager and told me to hold on... I hanged up after waiting 11 mins...

Who in your company can actually help me with my query???
