Good day,

I have a huge problem with the fact that i am receiving the following sms from you saying " Edcon has loaded a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux ..."I have only done a short payment for the first time on my account and this is how i'm being treated.

I need someone to contact me as soon as possible to have this issue resolved and get my name cleared regarding this, . This is rather unacceptable. I have had no-one calling me or leaving a message to call you guys to discuss my reason for short payment. My account number is 7006600100093290239. Please contact me asap.
