Edcon
I always get charged interest

I have an account with edcon and i have recently discovered that i have been cgharged interest even when i always pay on time before due date. i have gone to several edcon outlets without getting good explanation why. i also do not appreciate how edcon just decides to increase my limit without letting me know.
