Missing cushions and dirty couch

I have never experienced such horrific service in my entire life... i bought my mom a lounge suit over a month ago CASH. One of the couches that was delivered was very dirty, it had pap and butternut stains on it and two cuhions were missing.. we went bank to the store in Polokwane and the sales lady assured us that she will alert the delivery department about the problem and it will be fixed. a week later my mom received a call from someone at your store regarding the issue. my mom requested me to contact the shop and find out how far is the process, to my Horror i was infomed that my mom said the 'dirty' couch is ok the must just bring on the missing cuchion? how is this possible, The lady told me with arrogance that it was recorded on an email. This is... you are supposed to check your goods before u deliver them to ensure that you are delivering the right things and they are in good condition?? this should be standard procedure of any shop that cares about its costomers. I need this sorted out TODAY.. The correct couch, clean with all cushions should be delivered by the end of the week or else i want a refund with immediate effect. pls contact me and not my mom...
