Closure of Account not processed correctly

I closed my YDE account last year in April, and paid in full as I was moving abroad. I have recently come to visit South Africa to buy property and decided to check my credit history with a credit bureau company online. Much to my disgust, I saw that my name was there through YDE and that my account has carried on and not been closed completely, even though I owe nothing. I phoned the headoffice and the first answer through the telephone that I received was an informal one "Hello" said an african voice- nothing like "Good morning you are speaking to 'Rose' how can I assist you? " that is the first complaint, the next complaint is that after speaking to the woman and requesting that my account be closed, I did not receive a confirmation email, nor did I receive a "Funds paid Up" letter as I had requested as well. I will never shop at YDE ever again and I am very disgusted in the lack of customer service and professionalism. I am STILL WAITING on the letter.
