Ude answers to a simple question

This morning at Shoprite, Vryheid, my mom and I were shopping and we needed a bag of 10 kg rice which was not on the shelf. We then asked a sales lady didn't they perhaps have it elsewhere. She told us they had it in stock and sent us to a gentleman (Elias Sithole) and ask him if he could send someone to go check in the storeroom. My mom then went to Elias, and forwarded the request. Elias said there was no stock of the rice we wanted. My mom told him the sales lady said there was stock in the storeroom. He rudely replied that the rice was not sold it the storeroom but on the on the shelves... I the approached Elias and asked him what he meant by such a comment. He asked what my problem was, implying it was none of my business... He also implied that my mom when she told me what had happened. He then walked away while I was still talking to him. I am very disappointed in his behavior especially because his name tag said "assistant manager". We left the rest of the groceries because we felt ill treated by him. We hope justice will be done against such people who use their positions to undermine customers.
