DEALING WITH A MOUTHFUL OF FRIED CHICKEN

I went to the branch indicated and 2 salespersons were behing the counter; one other person was in front of the counter to one side, but seemed to be just chatting to teh salesman.

As I approached the counter the female salesperson seemed to be free, while her male colleague was eating his lunch. As I was about to speak to teh female, her phone rang and she answered it, leaving me with my mouth half open; she indicated that I should speak to her colleague. He then addressed me, in a none too interested way, through a mouthful of fried chicken.

Absolutely astonished at such bad attitudes and service, I turned on my heel and made to leave. Then having decided to make a formal complaint, I returned to the counter to ask for the owner's phone number.
Both sales staff refused to give it to me, as did the cashier - referring me to his manager, the male sales person! The chap in the storeroom also refused to give me the number. Then the security guard infromed me that I was not permitted into the storeroom, so I left the premises.

If this is the service customers can expect, I am not surprosed the store was empty; I guess it will stay that way.
