VERY VERY UNHAPPY!

On Saturday the 1st of June 2013 we bought a Dining Room table and 6 chairs from the Boksburg branch. After sitting at the branch for nearly 3 hours to complete the forms - and getting told every 10 minutes that the system is very slow we were told that the Head Office will make contact with us to arrange for delivery. Our items was delivered on Friday the 7th of June 2013 - but my fianc? noticed that the table and 3 chairs was actually damaged/scratched. I then immediately made contact with the Sales person who assisted us at the branch and was told by him that we need to write on the actual receipt that the items was damaged and that he would arrange for the items to be replaced during this week. I eventually got hold of him today and was only advised today that they experienced some issues on Monday, thus the reason for the delay. WHY did nobody advise me? Why was I left in the dark? Why did I have to phone the branch since Tuesday to ask what is going on and when will I receive my replaced items? I actually feel like returning ALL the items and to cancel this whole transaction. Really pathetic! I will never by from Furniture City again! NEVER!!! I have learned the hard way!
