Edgars does it again. I'm very annoyed and hope to pay off my account and never deal with such nonsense and will make sure that word goes around of the type of retail store Edgars is. First of all, I keep getting annoying calls from the call centre today telling me that I owe R1460. Or something which I need to pay 26/08/2013 which angers me because I paid R740 on Friday and R730 today (25/08/2013) so why is you consultant calling me with attitude and telling me I need to pay R1460.teach your consultants to check their facts and systems before they call customers and not just call cause its annoying to be accused and being told to pay something you have paid. Another annoying thing and something that really angers me and I want to be fixed as soon as possible, it seems like the R740 I paid on friday does not reflect as confirmed by the consultant who helped me pay today, I showed her proof of payment which she acknolledged but showed me your system which still reflects that my last payment was in July. Its clearly the incompetence of your staff that lead to that and I demand that its fixed and the amout I paid of R740 reflect.it's unacceptable and I refuse to go to the stor and wait
