Paid acc via [URL Removed] but does not reflect

Hi Edgars,

Ive paid for my acc via [URL Removed] this past friday (a bit late, but I made an Online payment). I even over paid the amount I was suppose to pay! The fund was reserved immediately and I received a proof of payment via both email AND sms on Friday (3rd Jan 2014) afternoon. However today I received an SMS stating I have not paid my account and this will impact my credit record. I went on [URL Removed] and the amount I owed remained the same before my payment!

Please advise. Is [URL Removed] a?! (I clicked through to it via my electronic statement)

Ive always paid my account on time and this is unacceptable!!

Plus the function to view statement via [URL Removed] is not working. It still displays November statement as 'current'.
