I HAVE SEVERAL ACCOUNTS WITH RCS, 3 TO BE PRECISE. I PAY MY ACCOUNTS VIA EFT DILIGENTLY. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THEY GAVE OUT BANKING DETAILS FOR THE CONVENIENCE OFFERED BY EFT. EVERY MONTH BEFORE I MAKE THE PAYMENT, I CHECK WITH RCS FOR OUTSTANDING BALANCE. HOWEVER I GET ANNOYING CALLS FROM RCS DEMANDING PAYMENTS. THEY ARE RUDE AND REALLY ANNOYING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT YOU TELL THEM. THE LADIES WHO PHONED ME ON FRIDAY THE 18TH JAN AND TODAY 28TH JAN BOTH TOLD ME THAT THE PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTING. MY RESPONSE TO THE WAS THAT "PLEASE GO AND VERIFY ON YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE YOU MAKE A CALL" BECAUSE I HAVE PAID. IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM THAT YOUR SYSTEMS DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, I ALWAYS SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT WITH MY PAYMENTS. SURELY SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY. I HOPE THESE "FREQUENT" CALLS FROM RCS ARE NOT AFFECTING MY ITC RECORDS AND THEY ARE REVERSING ALL THE NON PAYMENT INTEREST CHARGES AND CHARGES FOR CALLING ME. I NEED RECORDS OF ALL THESE CHARGES AND REVERSALS BECAUSE I AM PAYING MY DUES AND WILL NOT PAY THESE CHARGES BECAUSE SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB.
