ITC record reflects bad because of wrong update

I paid my account on the 27th of July 2013. This will mean my account is up to date on your side. upon enquiring my ITC record i saw that i was in arrear for July 2013. i confirmed with both Transunion call centre and your customer service consultant. Transunion confirmed that Edgars updated the system for July (which i could see) and Edgars Customer Service Consultant confirmed that my Edgars account was up to date.

According to the ITC record Edgars reflects 30days in arrear??? why??? please could someone come back to me and explain this as this will now reflect bad on my ITC record all because Edgars did not update their ITC record correctly!!!
