Cancellation of cell c airtime subscription

Subscribed for cell c airtime of R50 monthly in September 2012 for a monthly payment of R27 for a period of 6 months in Jet Polokwane. I went to Jet Polokwane in May 2013 to cancel the subscription because the period that was agreed upon has elapsed and was told that they will call me they will call but they never did. I really need the subscription to be ceased as it is long overdue
