No Feedback on Order paid fo

I placed an order on the 15th August and had to pay immediately before the order could be confirmed. That I did and received a confirmation that the timer I ordered would be available for delivery on 21/22 August 2013. On 22nd I enquired and the excuse was given that the delivery vehicle had an accident and delivery will be following day. Since then I have emailed, called and used their web ticket system and still no feedback on my order.
