POOR SERVICE - VERY DISAPPOINTED

No Delivery on my Christmas shopping list as yet, although I've ordered in time.
-Delivery date constantly being postponed via e-mails.
-Order has now being split into 3 different parcels, as the 2 items that reflected as "in stock" are no not being "sourced". Totally unacceptable, as then I would've ordered them from elsewhere.
-Courier Company phoned me 3 times on 3 different days, to confirm my delivery address (my delivery address is on my original order). (On these days, i.e. 18/12/13, 19/12/13 & 20/12/13 the delivery company confirmed delivery would've been on that specific day.) - STILL NO DELIVERY.

If I have no feedback and delivery today, I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER and DEMAND REFUND by the END of THE DAY. I WILL NOT support [URL Removed] in future, and WILL NOT refer any of my colleagues, contacts, friends / family - it's [URL Removed] decision to keep me as customer or loose all future possible business.

There cannot be any promises not being met by [URL Removed]

I will take this further, if I need to.
