I bought a bed with Dial a bed in 2010. It sagged last week. On the bed it says there is a 15 year warranty on this mattress. How convenient to come and inspect the bed and say nothing will be done you have lost your warranty because there is a mark on the bed!!! Wait it takes them 10 days to come to your house and inspect the sagging mattress and then so easy to say your warranty has expired.

You are full of. Never were we advised that the warranty will fall away if you spill coffee on the mattress. So much for customer service. I am sick to my stomach of this. Desire at Sleepworld was so rude this morning... NEVER EVER have I had such poor service eve
