Warranty not honored

I bought a mattress supplied by Sleepworld a couple of years ago. I have been experiencing problems with my back and inspected the mattress. There is a pertinent dent which I can definitely not contribute to regular formation of my body on the mattress. Upon inspection of the mattress, I saw that I actually have a 10 year warranty on the bed. I contacted Sleepworld and spoke to Desire at first. This is the most rude woman I have ever had to do business with and she was ready with 1000 excuses why they would NOT honor the warranty even before the bed was even inspected. After inspection on Thursday, no one contacted me and I had to follow up myself. I eventually spoke to Stefaan (presumably the owner) who was as rude and unhelpful as his personnel. No solutions, only excuses why the warranty would not be honored. If your mattress has any stains, the warranty would fall away. My mattress has a MARK close to the edge of the bed, not a stain. Stefaan informed me that my UNHYGIENIC mattress could not be taken into their factory. He has no proof that the mattress is unhygienic in the first place! I was then told the dent is natural formation of a mattress that conforms to ones body shape
