King Koil Bed Bad Experience

In Feb 2009 I bought a King Koil Bed from Dial a bed Durban rd (Now Willowbridge).
I was going to buy a less expensive bed with a 5yr/20Yr warranty from another bed retailer but was recommended by a salesperson at Dial A Bed to rather buy the King Koil as it was a better bed. We were lead to believe the bed had an unlimited warranty.
In Sep 2012, 3.5 yrs later the bed's mattress had sagged to a degree that sleeping was unsuitable. I contacted Dial a bed, whom informed me the bed only had a 1yr warranty and since it's out of that timeframe it will cost me the price of a new bed to replace the mattress.
I contacted Willowbridge but nothing came of the conversation (not even an apology for the fact that their salesperson mislead me), sent an e-mail explaining the situation to the parent company but never received feedback.
Since then we bought another bed from another bed shop and gave up on Dial a bed.
Since Jan 2013 I've received several calls from Dial a bed forcing me to confirm the case is resolved (wich it isn't as I haven't heard anything back yet or any reasonable solution offered) and my respect for Dial a bed which was scolded after the initial incident, has just sunk even more!
