Not Debiting Accordingly

These! they messing my my credit record! This is The of the Mind!
i have a debit order wit Truworths, apperantley thy ddnt debit as agreed on the 26/27th of July '13. on the 15th 2 20th Aug, hve been getting sms's & demanding calls, everytym i pass my query, they say "we not calling for that mam" . now thy dcded 2 use a recorded white dude 2 warn against not adhering 2 make payment. who said i will not make payment?! i chose debit order route solely bcos i was avoidin such abuse. they claim i dd not have funds/credit on my a/c. Call centre is pathetic, men are rude and incompetent with phone ettiquet, thy put me thru 2 banking n im cut off everytime. been calling since be4 12pm 2day.

I spoke 2 my bank, I received a statement from them. Stating u TRUWORTHS did not deducted on the date we agreed on. You decided 2 deduct on the 29th of July 2013 thereafter on the 08th August 2013, upon which I was not notified thereof.
Now I get recorded messages at 8pm at night telling me that I need 2 adhere to the message be4 my name is damaged. How dare??!! According 2 my bank consulty u did/sent a Footprint that's all. Now y wud u default ME? wen fault is on u?
