Swearing & threatening a loyal custome

On Thursday evening my husband and I were passing Solo and happened to stop cos I liked a Soviet shoe... s coloured female sales lady very unwilling came to assist... no greeting... no nothing just a very sour face assisted us and I enquired about a size 4 to which she very rudely commented that it is a 4... all I asked is if she wanted to help or not cos she was extremely abrupt... all broke loose she started complaining and using vulgar language to her colleagues... talking bad about me... to which I lost it and said I was gonna phone head office and complain... to which she said go a head... dial the number for her she screamed, ..while there was other client's in the store... with my blood boiling I said take the shoe and shove it... I don't want it... she swore and called me a (vulgar) and threatened to catch me outside the mall... how can one ever talk like that to a customer... she also wanted to hit me outside the store to which her colleagues stopped her... I am disgusted and appalled as I am daily client of River square and I have slips to prove it... I demand a written apology and a she must be fired as my life was threatened and I am and do not fe
