No stock no delivery, PATHETIC service ordr nr1676

I ordered a dress online from Captiv8 almost 2 weeks ago. Before ordering the dress I called and spoke to a male with a British accent to enquire on how long the delivery takes place, as their showroom in Fourways was closed down. I was informed by this gentleman, that it is next day delivery, so if the item does not fit etc it can be returned, and a replacement or diff size will then be sent ASAP. I placed the order, paid, and waited... and waited, and waited. I called them once to find out when delivery will take place, 4 days after payment was made. I was informed that the specific dress is out of stock (which is not noted on the website) and that the order is placed on a back order. However a diff color was avail. I then accepted and was told it will be sent the next day. 3 days after that I called again... Just to be told this dress was out of stock too!!! On Monday I was told it will be sent the next day, on Thursday when I called, it was told they will check with the couriers. No updates, courtesy calls, or apologies to inform us of the delay from their side. I am disgusted in the service Captiv8 offers their clients.. and please, update your website!!!
