Boardmans unable to redeem gift cards

I drove 400 km to visit Boardmans (Clearwater) yesterday to redeem two gift vouchers I received as a present.

The cashier and manager was unable to redeem one of the gift cards due to a technical error. They attempted (for an hour) to contact store support but no-one was available to help.

I therefore demand that a senior Edcon representative contact me within 24 hours to arrange redemption of my gift cards (at the same prices that prevailed in store yesterday) and free and prompt delivery of the items to my address in North-West.
